DON' T BUY UNLESS YOU WANT THEM FOR A CHILD Feb 01, 2011
By whatever I ordered these shorts for my daughter based on the fact that they claimed to be for women. (My daughter normally wears a size medium in women's shorts.) Based on Amazon's suggestion that the shorts ran a little small, I ordered my daughter a large. When the shorts came, they were actually a CHILD's size large. They are clearly not a WOMEN's size. AND the label in the shorts clearly says "GIRL" not WOMEN!
They were roughly 4 inches smaller in the waist than another pair of MEDIUM WOMEN'S shorts I purchased at the same time from another vendor.
And don't expect the vendor to pay to ship them back as a result of their advertising/sizing error - they won't. These shorts will go to charity where at least someone will benefit from them.
That said the quality of the shorts seems reasonable for the price IF you are buying for a CHILD.
