Boite a Formes Sorting Box

Shape sorting becomes more fun with this house of shapes. Sized for toddler hands, each of the eight chunky shapes fits perfectly into one of the openings in the barn. When all the shapes are inside, just flip the orange latch down, open the door, take out the pieces and start over!

3Paint comes off blocks easily  Jun 26, 2007
By margoo
My biggest complaint about this toy is that the paint easily comes off the blocks with a few chews from my baby, so I have to remove all the blocks which completely which defeats the purpose of this toy. The blocks are also on the small side, which although might not be small enough to cause choking, are still somewhat of concern since some can fit completely into his mouth. After removing the blocks, I put several Haba blocks/toys inside the house instead (the paint stays on much better on Haba blocks). He has much fun trying to spin the 'clip' which holds the door, turning it upside down to check for wheels, peeking and poking through the holes, and trying to retrieve pieces inside. It is also very sturdy and stable that it can help him stand up when pushing on it. Overall it is not of much educational value and I don't think it is worth the price I paid because this toy doesn't serve its intended purpose. Nonetheless, it still interests my baby without 'cheating' with noisy buttons and horns.
